Alberto is my Muay Thai instructor and I can’t recommend him enough! He’s very thorough and makes sure to explain the “why” behind the techniques and his instructions. Understanding the body mechanics and fundamentals is so important and he takes the time to ensure you understand. He tailors his approach to each student so they can learn in the way that best suits them.

I highly recommend Alberto if you’re looking to learn Muay Thai. Not only does he have years of experience both fighting and teaching, but he’s also an excellent instructor who knows how to teach people of all ages and skill levels.

What really stands out is his ability to break techniques down into simple, manageable steps and then build on them as you progress. His teaching style is straightforward, easy to understand, and focused on developing solid technique rather than just throwing a bunch of information at you.

Alberto is an amazing teacher and someone who you can’t go wrong with. He takes his time to make sure that you feel comfortable and he breaks down the moves with care. Alberto is someone who takes his time to get to know the person he is working with and collaboratively creates sessions which are most beneficial for his client. More recently, he assisted my daughter in training for a black belt in karate and she has said many times that it was his training that helped her the most in the parts where she needed to spar. He raised her confidence by helping her overcome her fears and hang ups by listening to her and by creating a plan that was designed for success. Anyone is really lucky and in great hands working with Alberto.

My experience with coach Alberto has been life changing. I've known him for a few years now and its been an honor to have him as my coach. His methods to teaching challenge me not only physically, but also mentally. I have been through some traumatic events in my life and after I spoke to Coach Alberto about it, he was so kind and understanding. He took everything I said into consideration and pushed me within my limits, without overdoing it. He is such a great coach that when one of my kids showed interest in Muay Thai, I quickly signed her up with him! We are stronger not only in body, but in mind as well. Coach Alberto has given me (and my oldest) a confidence that can't be taken away! I will always recommend him to anyone wanting to learn Muay Thai. You will learn a lot with him and have plenty of laughs along the way!
