About Sanka
I am an experianced buddhist meditation teacher as well as buddhist scholar (PhD in Buddhist Studies). I have practised as a Buddhist monk for 20 years in South East asia and Australia. I have travelled around the world teaching Buddhism and mindfulness meditation for over the last 15 years.

My teaching method is purely based on Pali Sutta discourses and personal experiance on mindfulness meditation. Theory of meditation is extracted from the original reaching of the Buďdha and translated into our undertanding with personal experiances. So the lessions would include theroy and practice.
