About Naomi
I am a Biology tutor with over 4 years of experience and a MSc in Biotechnology. My passion lies in Marine Biology, especially the fascinating ecosystems of the deep sea. I love exploring hydrothermal vents, the mysteries of bioluminescence, and the extreme adaptations of deep-sea organisms. I guide students in understanding how life thrives under immense pressure, darkness, and cold. Together, we examine the challenges of ocean exploration and the innovative methods scientists use to study these hidden worlds. My teaching emphasises biodiversity, ecological processes, and the delicate balance of deep-sea habitats. I use real examples and research studies to make these concepts vivid and engaging.
