About Irene
I'm a qualified Exercise Specialist and a certified personal trainer, bootcamp instructor, HIIT instructor and sports nutritionist. I have taught English as a foreign language to children of all ages as well as young adults and adults through an online platform for 4 years. I also run a small business called Wellness meals with Irene suited for healthy meal preparations.
