About Foni
As a Singing tutor with over 12 years of experience, I have had the privilege of teaching students from a wide range of backgrounds and experience levels. I work with School students, College students, and Working Professionals, helping them improve their vocal skills and develop confidence in their musical abilities.
My teaching philosophy is based on patience, encouragement, and personalised learning. I believe that every student has unique strengths, and I adapt my teaching methods to help them reach their full potential. My lessons are carefully planned to balance technical development with creative expression.
My classes include vocal training, breath control, pitch correction, rhythm exercises, voice projection, and performance preparation. I use engaging activities, practical demonstrations, and individualised feedback to help students achieve steady progress. Students are encouraged to participate actively and enjoy the learning process.
Along with Singing, I teach Music Theory, Ear Training, Vocal Performance, and Song Interpretation. These complementary subjects strengthen students' musical knowledge and contribute to their growth as performers. I also provide guidance on vocal health and effective practice methods.
My goal is to inspire students to believe in their abilities and enjoy every step of their musical journey. Through dedication, support, and structured learning, I help learners become skilled and confident singers.

My teaching approach for Singing is centred on flexibility, creativity, understanding, and time management. I believe that learning to sing should be both educational and enjoyable, helping students develop confidence while mastering essential vocal skills.
Each student receives personalised instruction based on their strengths, challenges, and musical interests. By adapting lessons to individual needs, I ensure that students remain motivated and engaged throughout their learning journey.
Creativity is an important part of my methodology. I use a variety of teaching techniques including vocal exercises, song analysis, musical storytelling, and performance activities. These methods encourage students to connect with music while improving their technical abilities.
My lessons focus on breath control, pitch accuracy, vocal range development, rhythm, diction, tone production, and stage presence. Students learn practical techniques that help them become more confident and expressive performers.
Understanding and patience help create a positive learning environment. I support students through challenges and encourage them to embrace mistakes as valuable learning opportunities.
Time management ensures that every lesson is structured and effective. Sessions are carefully planned to include warm-ups, skill development, song practice, and feedback.
