About Caleb
My interest in spreadsheet tools began when I discovered how digital software could simplify complicated calculations and organize large amounts of information quickly. This curiosity encouraged me to study information technology during my university education. I later completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, where I learned about data systems and digital productivity tools.
Over the past 6 years of teaching, I have helped students understand how to use Excel for both simple and advanced tasks. My teaching philosophy focuses on clear explanation and hands-on practice. I believe learners gain confidence when they practice using spreadsheet tools while receiving guidance and feedback.
Outside teaching, I enjoy exploring new digital tools that help with productivity and data analysis. Staying updated with technology helps me bring useful examples into my lessons. Teaching Excel is rewarding because I see students become more confident in managing and understanding their data.

My Excel lessons help students understand how spreadsheets can be used to organize and analyze information clearly. Many learners first see Excel as a simple tool for entering numbers, but during our lessons they discover how powerful it can be for managing data and performing calculations. We begin with the basics such as creating worksheets, formatting cells, and entering data correctly. Students learn how rows and columns work together to store information in a structured way.
As students become comfortable with these fundamentals, lessons introduce useful features such as formulas, functions, and data sorting tools. I guide learners through practical exercises so they can see how these tools simplify calculations and improve data organization. Students also learn how to create charts that turn numerical data into visual information, which helps in understanding patterns and trends.
My goal is to help students feel confident using Excel in academic and professional tasks. Lessons focus on practical examples that show how spreadsheets can help with planning, analysis, and reporting. Over time learners gain the ability to organize information independently and use Excel effectively for many different purposes.
