About Douglas
I am a U.S. citizen who has resided in Sabah, Malaysia, for over 26 years. I hold a Ph.D. in Genetics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, U.S.A. Prior to my retirement, I served for 14 years as the Biotechnology Specialist at the Malaysian Cocoa Board, followed by a 4-year role as the Director of Innovation R&D at a major oil palm plantation and mill company.
