Studying with Dr Fiona Niu over the last three years has been a turning point for me. She always believed in me, even when I doubted myself. Because of her guidance, I entered my ideal secondary school and advanced to Higher Chinese. More importantly, she has helped me build confidence and aim higher than I ever thought I could.

Over the past year, my child has made great strides in GCSE Chinese under Dr Niu’s teaching. She has extensive experience and always prepares lessons with a variety of resources and approaches. What impresses me most is how she adapts her methods to suit the student and keeps lessons both challenging and enjoyable. My child’s grades have improved significantly, and more importantly, she has developed a genuine interest and motivation in learning Chinese.

Both of my children have learned with Dr Niu — first my eldest for A Level Chinese(H1CL), and now my younger child as well(NYGH Sec4HCL). She is an exceptional tutor: highly focused, student-led, and able to adapt to very different personalities. She filled the gaps from their local school education and prepared them thoroughly for the exam. My eldest surpassed all expectations and achieved an A1,and successfully applied to Imperial College.I’ve recommended her to many friends already.

Dr Niu has been a wonderful tutor for my daughter in O Level Chinese. She is patient, very experienced, and always prepared for each lesson. My daughter went from struggling with the subject to achieving an A1 in her final exams. We’re so grateful for her guidance.

Dr Fiona is not only highly qualified with a PhD but also has years of experience teaching in international schools. She is very patient and knows how to motivate my child to enjoy learning.
