About Merilin
Tere! * Nice to see you on my profile! Let me tell you a little about myself. I am Estonian and I have lived in France for 4 years. When I first arrived in France as part of the Erasmus + program, I hardly spoke French. The classes I took were either too academic or too advanced, so I started to find alternatives like Youtube, Duolingo etc. At first, learning French seemed impossible to me, but being curious and patient, I started to see results. Today, I can say that I acquired my current language level mainly on my own. This level allows me to do my graphic design diploma in a French school.
In addition, I've learned German and English from a young age, I've started a language café with volunteers in Nevers where I volunteered as a promoter of European mobility.

I choose to teach Estonian because living abroad made me value my country, my language and my culture even more. Teaching is a great way to learn, share and discuss with interesting people. Over the past few years, I have found some fun tips and ways to make everyday learning easier.
I can offer you different courses:
“MUST KNOW - phrases and words” - if you are moving to Estonia or if you just want to prepare for your vacation there
“Street credit”: spoken words and phrases that you will never see in a textbook or in a dictionary
"ABC of Estonian" - We start with the basics - alphabet, pronunciation, grammar, etc.
"Writing" - Text correction or translation help
"Suggest a topic" - If you are interested in a specific subject, I can prepare a course adapted to your needs
