About Harry
I have tutored individuals in a home setting, as well as in a school setting. At San Joaquin Delta College I began with one on one student tutoring and moved on to groups as small as 5 too as large as 20. The success that I achieved is based on connection. Approaching each student with empathy and a willingness to understand, helps to build a foundation of trust which allows students to openly communicate. Outside of academics, I have trained employees on both business systems, policy, and work outlines, as well as interpersonal communication.
I have a BA in Social Science and continue to pursue my education towards a Juris Doctorate. Coming from a diverse background and working with the public, has been a strength in how I tutor students.

In my approach, I actively listen to the student, review the curriculum that is being taught and formulate a plan for progress. Each student is unique, and therefore open communication and patience is key to the success that is hoped to be achieved in the tutoring session.
