ESL Teacher to help with conversation skills, - English tutor with Ishkar

To whom it may concern,

I had the pleasure of training Ishkar in a 150-hour Master TESOL certification through Better You Training school. From the first day of class, Ishkar impressed me with his warm nature and ability to put people at ease. He has an encouraging disposition and would be great with helping students relax and eliminate any fears within the English language learning process.

Ishkar managed to produce excellent assignments, all throughout the course, showing his deep understanding of the methodologies in teaching English, from the correct way to manage a classroom to the core principals of CLT and PPP needed in an ESL/EFL setting.

Ishkar was always eager to participate in and he was popular amongst his peers in the group.
His caring nature and personality allow him to work well with others in a team setting, as he always respects others' opinions even when they differ from his own.

Ishkar completed a theory component and practical observation component before a practical component where he prepared for and then taught foreighn students.

He is able to create and teach his own materials and coordinate a face to face and online classroom.

I am certain that Ishkar is going to continue to do great things in his future.
I highly recommend him for any TESOL teaching position.

He has been trained in working with young learners, teens and adults- in an EAP, ESP and general English context.
