About Arda
am an EREPS Level 4 certified personal trainer and an active MMA fighter based in Istanbul. I currently coach clients at Trump Towers Istanbul and help people improve their strength, fitness, body composition and confidence. My training style is structured, goal-oriented and adapted to each person’s level. I work with clients who want fat loss, muscle building, conditioning, boxing, kickboxing or general fitness. My goal is to make every student feel supported, motivated and stronger after every session
