Epic Odyssey of Learning: Embark on a Journey with Greek Mythology Tutoring!

I had my daughter take creative writing lessons with Shayla over the summer and she had so much fun! Very excited to have Shayla back as a tutor for this summer as well. My daughter has a real passion for writing and storytelling that Shayla has greatly encouraged and it's great to see her grow in her skill and be so enthusiastic to share what she's learned from her lessons

My son LOVES Percy Jackson and all things having to do with Greek Gods, so I signed him up for tutoring for fun with Shayla after school and I could not be happier with the results. He is so excited after every lesson to chat about what he's learned and he has become quite popular with his friends for having such great stories to share. I am so happy that Shayla is such an engaging storyteller, and is so sweet to answer my son's many, many questions haha XD

My daughter is in 8th grade and has been having English tutoring sessions with Shayla for the past two months. My daughter says lessons are a lot of fun and that Shayla's tutoring has helped her a lot in her English course. She now tells me she wants to be a writer when she grows up! I'm very pleased with the lessons

I have to take poetry this semester and didn't like it at all, but Shayla helped me get into it more and come up with good creative ideas for assignments so I'm doing better now

Miss Shayla is very kind and patient. I have a lot of fun learning english writing with her. English is not my first language and in the beginning I struggled a lot. I really enjoy her writing exercises and am better in my class now

Shayla helped me get into my first and second choice colleges!!! I had a lot of trouble with my essays, but after talking with her we planned out a clear way I could present myself to the college that best highlighted my personality and unique attributes. She had a ton of ideas and really helped with making the writing polished and interesting. She also helped a lot with other questions I had about CommonApp and picking classes

Shayla is such a sweetheart!! She's very kind and enthusiastic in teaching, I feel like she really cares about my learning and is invested in my success. I highly recommend her!

She always makes sure her teachings are understood thoroughly and uses any misunderstanding as a learning opportunity. I felt very comfortable asking questions and have gotten much better grades since I've started receiving tutoring from her!!

Shayla has helped me multiple times with essays. She provides feedback on my writing and I've improved immensely since our first lesson. Over time she has pointed out recurring weaknesses in my writing and we were able to address them together. I absolutely recommend Shayla as a tutor as I've benefited a lot from her lessons!
