I take online classes only. In case a class is canceled (by the teacher) there is always an option of rescheduling the class at a mutually convenient time and the teacher will notify the student beforehand of such cancellation. Fees won't be refunded, but the rescheduled class will be conducted under all circumstances. If the class is unattended by the student, the fees won't be refunded, but the student can reschedule his/her class with the teacher at a mutually convenient time having provided prior information to the teacher about his/her absence.
