About Corinna
I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who is passionate about education and providing evidence-based nutrition information to the public. I enjoy passing my knowledge and experience in nutrition on to students as well as my clients. I have been providing nutrition education in a number of settings on a variety of topics including basic nutrition, digestive health, Health at Every Size (HAES), intuitive eating, eating disorder treatment, biochemistry and nutrient metabolism, incorporating various cooking appliances in the home, meal planning and much more.

My method is an interactive style to education. Most often times, people learn best by applying the knowledge they are gaining to real life situations. I base my educational sessions and classes on building a trusting relationship with my audience and relating to them. I approach each topic with great care and at the very basic level. I provide information in a foundational matter and work upward in complexity, continually asking questions, providing basic analogies and engaging discussion along the way.
