I'm Tor and I believe movement is magic and if we don’t use it we’ll lose it. I'm a firm believer that exercise isn’t just about building strength—it’s about building connection. Whether I’m flowing through a yoga sequence, lifting weights, running half marathons, exploring new corners of the world, or laughing with friends, I’m all about living fully, moving with purpose, and lifting others as I go. Yoga became my way of combining everything I love: community, energy, travel, and self-growth. Now, I’m here to share that with you. My classes are a space to challenge your body, quiet your mind, and feel truly alive—while surrounded by good vibes and even better people. Let’s move, grow, and glow together.
