About Christian
During the last six years my work as an actor, dancer, pedagogue and student (at the National Pedagogical University) has allowed me (in addition to traveling to places I never would have imagined) to recognize the importance of art in my personal development.
I have seen first-hand the transformative capacity that artistic manifestations can have. I like teaching dance because it makes me connect with people (who have been of all ages) in a genuine way as they transform in front of my eyes without even noticing (they also laugh a lot).
I love working with couples (everyone who has choreographed with me has been HAPPY married, and there have been quite a few). I think that the fact that they allow each other a learning space together makes them get to know each other in a genuine way while exploring their vulnerability through dance.
I believe that the body is the fundamental receiver of our life experiences and that is why we must move it, as we please, but taking care of it (a teaching that Yoga taught me).
Styles: Salsa, Reggaeton, Bachata, Regae, Casino, Chapeta, Sexy Style, Folklore, Rumba, Waltz, Dance Hall and Choreography.

These sessions start from personal desire, from the pleasure of exploring dancing regardless of age. I like to work from the particularities and tastes of each student.
The classes focus on expanding the possibilities of movement from different dances while teaching the student the style of their choice. On a structural level, they have a warm-up phase, a training phase and a stretching phase.
Being a professional in pedagogy, I focus and adapt to the learning process of each student, always trying to build a comfortable and safe space.
I also accompany creative dance processes in which choreographic montages are required for different types of events.

Cris es una gran persona, sensible, y divertido. Recuerdo mucho una de sus frases y es que "uno no debe tener pena de nada, la pena no sirve", la he aplicado y me ha funcionado mucho. Con respecto a la metodología de sus clases es muy interesante porque realiza primero una exploración corporal y siempre hace énfasis en el movimiento como herramienta de búsqueda individual y colectiva, ya que cada cuerpo tiene su propio movimiento.Y al salir de sus clases es doble ganancia. E tenido la fortuna de ver clase de danza con este profesor en varias ocasiones, su metodología es asertiva con cada tema que imparte, tiene una energía que conecta con los alumnos y guía a los que no somos tan buenos para la danza nos da confianza y seguridad para realizar las actividades y movimiento propuestos lo recomiendo como docente, bailarín y persona.
Sabe cómo preparar sus clases para que sean alegres, productivas e inclusivas. No solo se aprende a bailar/actuar si no a descubrirse une misme. Excelente profe, pero sobre todo une calidad de persone maravillose!
Me sentí como una diva empoderada en las clases de divas urbanas, saqué un flow que no sabia que tenia en mi.
