I know Mr Parambir since 1979, when I joined SAIL (Steel Authority of India Ltd) at Bokaro Steel Plant. We moved almost together to SAIL corporate office at New Delhi.
He is a highly qualified and intelligent personality, very social.
He was a person with real command on his language and communication skills.
