About Margot
Hi! I’m Margot — a native French speaker now living in the UK. I moved here two years ago and hold an MSc in Social Psychology (Distinction) from the University of Kent. I also have a BSc in Psychology from Université Paris Nanterre in France. I currently tutor English alongside applying for PhD programmes. As someone who successfully achieved a C1 score on the IELTS and now studies and works in English every day, I understand the journey of learning English as a second language — from grammar struggles to real-life conversations. I offer friendly, tailored support for students who want to improve their spoken English, build confidence, or prepare for exams like IELTS, TOEFL, and TOEIC. I also have extensive tutoring experience and always adapt my approach to meet each student’s level, needs, and goals.
