English, SEN and EAL specialist with over 10 years of teaching experience. I have very strong classroom management skills. My training equipped me for the role in terms of subject knowledge whilst my teaching experience has given me full understanding of the National Strategies. I have worked with students from different backgrounds and abilities, at both Primary and Secondary levels. I also have experience of working with highly challenging pupils.
