About Mariana
I am an English teacher. I work in a language school since 2014 teaching from children to the elderly, with a focus on oral communication, without neglecting the importance of morphology and semantics in language learning. Did you know that learning a new language can open doors for you?

I am Brazilian and have been teaching English for 7 years in my hometown. I teach at a language school, so I work with students of all ages. I started learning English at 8 years old, at 16 I had already graduated. I studied 5 semesters of Architecture and Urbanism in college when I decided to change my course to Portuguese / English Literature. In 2017, I took an English course in England with a focus on improving teaching skills. My classes are prepared with each student / group in mind, taking into account their needs, skills and limitations. What makes me a good teacher is being here, not only to teach, but also to learn from you and your own life experiences. The best teacher, in my humble opinion, is the one who is able to listen to his students and absorb what is being said.
