About Danielle
I am currently in my 5th year of teaching secondary English having already completed a masters in Forensic Psychology and a bachelor's degree in psychology and criminology. I have multiple experiences working with SEND and SEMH pupils also both in teaching and as support. Texts I have experience of teaching are: A Christmas Carol; An Inspector Calls; Macbeth; Romeo and Juliet; and the Power and Conflict AQA cluster. Can also help with unseen poetry and language analysis, creative and persuasive writing for the Language Papers. I have marked for the exam board for literature for 2 years so I have knowledge of expectations from students.

My method of teaching is student focused, I will always ask what they want to learn and the best way that they learn and tailor lessons accordingly. I am strong at contextualising texts to help understand their relevance and chunking down the larger texts.
