I prioritize a hands-on approach to learning, using my humor, approachability and writing skills to help the student feel at ease and able to learn. A typical lesson plan would involve the student and myself going over a piece of writing that the student is working on, and walking them through the steps they need to make their piece both excellent and personal. These lessons are for middle to high school students, brought to them by an internationally published journalist.
