Hello! My name is Sarah and I'm an English Student at Flagler College. I've also been trained as a writing tutor in the Flagler College Learning Resource Center. I was trained as a tutor through a course at the college which included lectures, discussions, and observation of other tutors.

My method requires students to bring in a piece of reading or writing for class so we can work on it together. I take a student-led approach to tutoring where students develop their skills through guided self-evaluations. My goal is for students to learn to recognize their own weaknesses so they're eventually more equipped to read and write without the assistance of a tutor. Accepting students of all ages.
