About Hana
I have been teaching since I was 8 years old. Since the time I was able to comprehend what a teacher did. Starting with my siblings, in my bedroom, crafting lesson plans, creating timetables - not forgetting the homework. But I suppose that can't be used on the CV...
However, it does reveal how encouraging the development of others is a deeply ingrained within my character. As time went on, it did not matter the role, whether waitering or supervising, I naturally wanted to help individuals (and groups) reach their potential.
The aspiration for others is reflected within my own academic journey. It has involved stepping out as the first in my generation to go to university, studying multiple-discipline degrees, and completing the induction year within three education sectors (Primary, Secondary and Further Education).
Hopefully this demonstrates to all that, equipped with the right resources and aid, goals can be accomplished.

It's important that education is not simply lecturing, but interaction. Engaging with content and context helps learners to form stronger connections with what's presented, hence gaining better knowledge and understanding. As a result, there should be an opportunity in each session, to demonstrate what's conveyed and produce evidence of development.
