About Lana
I am graduating from English at UEA with a 2:1 this year and have experience in giving some online lessons over the COVID-19 period. I have a great understanding of critical writing and essay style, and have read most GCSE and A level texts. Having practiced yoga for 2 year, my yoga lessons online can range from a fairly relaxed flow focused on destressing to a more workout-feeling flow.

In English classes, I can cover essay technique and help you to push essays and develop your own idea and understanding further. I have knowledge of what examiners look for in both GCSE and A level contexts and would focus on practical essay writing skills and revision sessions where needed. In teaching yoga, I believe in the importance of a curated individual practice and plan flows suited to your personal goals and needs. I break down the lesson into Vinyasa warm up, more deep stretch flow and Hatha standing poses. The lessons are suitable for yoga beginners of all level fitness and ability and ages.
