About Alexander
I am currently an English Literature student studying abroad, with the eventual goal of a doctorate and professorship.
With that in mind, I want to have as much experience as possible with all academic levels. I don’t feel one can be over-qualified for any level of assessment; a tutor should have an idea of what has come before, and is yet to come, for their student.

What I feel is most crucial to learning is open, easy, and unfiltered channels of communication between student and tutor. Any and all questions should be welcome: why the topic is necessary, review of the fundamentals, or curiosity as to what comes next.
On top of such freedom of discussion, each lesson would include a review of what has been accomplished, an explanation of where that leads us, and what our future goals are. Such supportive structure provides context to the work being done - which, at least in my personal experience, greatly motivates work.
It’s easiest to keep going if you know where you’re headed.
