About Merve
I am a senior student at Celal Bayar University, Department of English Language and Literature. I have been studying foreign languages since high school and have been teaching private and group lessons for about 5 years. In addition, I worked as a volunteer English teacher in village schools for 2 semesters within the scope of the Volunteer Educators Project I started.

In the first lesson I teach, I carefully observe the situation of my student (s) and move the lesson to that level. I periodically check whether the techniques I use in our later lessons are working. Accordingly, I choose the method that is most suitable and efficient for the student in front of me. I don't just pay attention to grammar or literature in my lessons. I would also like to make sure I expand the vocabulary by improving speaking, listening and writing skills.

Merve hocam ile birlikte kendisinin planlamış olduğu bir projede çalıştım. Kendisi bir okulda özel ders alamayan öğrenciler için okul saatleri dışında bu öğrencilere ders vermek için bir proje başlatmıştı. Öğrencilerle iletişimi, konuya hazırlanışı ve disiplinli oluşuyla hem öğrencilerle iyi bir iletişim kurmuş hem de onlara dersi sevdirerek öğrenmelerini sağlamıştı.

Merve en yakın arkadaşlarımdan biridir. Kendisi ile üniversiteye başladığımda tanıştım.
2019 yılında beraber başkanlık yaptığımız bir proje vardı. Proje de amaç özel ders almaya maddi imkanı olmayan ortaokul öğrencilerine gönüllü olarak matematik, ingilizce, fen, türkçe dersleri anlatıyorduk.
Merve'nin sınıfa hakimiyeti gerçekten iyi. Çok sabırlı bir insan. Öğretmeye ve öğrenmeye hevesli ve bunu severek yapıyor.
