Hey, my name is Aria and I am a native English speaker that comes from the island of Cyprus. My love for English runs deep, as I am always involved in activities that involve the language; from transcribing videos, to writing articles, to teaching, to simply reading books.

I have experience teaching English to toddlers aged 2 to 3, children aged 9 to 10, and adolescents aged 15 to 17, while on a year abroad in Spain, where I worked at an English Academy. I hold a Bachelor’s degree (Hons.) in English Language and Linguistics from the University of Leeds in England, UK, whilst I am currently undertaking a Master’s degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL), from the same university. I believe in learning languages without stress; it should be an enjoyable experience shared with the right teacher. Following creative ways to learn the language is one of my main teaching traits. I enjoy getting to know the student and adjusting the lessons based on your needs, and the way you feel most comfortable with - after all, I am your English tutor friend. I look forward to meeting you to talk about your language goals!
