-Each student is different. We do formative assessment (daily) to detect students' needs.
-Starting with your favorite subjects, we make you feel comfortable speaking at any level.
-We expand your vocabulary. We can focus on your work/study subject(s).
-We will enhance your phrasal structure, so as to sound more natural.
-Students tend to think in their native language. We provide you with hints to substitute wrong expressions that you speak in English while thinking in your native language, for the corresponding correct ones, closer to what a native English speaker would use. Examples: a)Spanish speakers tend to say: "I have 25 years" (because they translate it from 'tengo 25 años de edad', in Spanish), whereas the correct construction, in English, is: "I'm 25 years old". b) Brazilian Portuguese teachers, after carnival, will ask you: "do you want to know/see my fantasy"? Do not get offended (they don't mean what it seems). They mean: "do you want to see a picture of my carnival costume"? And so forth.
