About Angie
I worked as a translator and interpreter on events for several years. Since 2010 however I have had the pleasure of making others feel comfortable on facing their communication challenges in a new country.
More and more we're all crossing old boundaries in the meantime we forge new ones. Learning a new language is surpassing one of them and for various reasons.
I had expatriate students of Portuguese coming to Brazil joining companies as Rhodia, Bayer, Hatch, Peugeot, Kate Spade, Daimler, Avanxo, and in other hand Brazilian students facing the chances of living abroad.
I give classes to groups and private students as well, in company/at home - for expatriate families and of course on web, due to COVID.
The most positive results achieved in class that make me proud were:
1. Communicative and written learning gaps - An Intermediate level student stuck to speak English easily at work due to old learning gaps and making use of EplusA and role-play class the blocks were broken. Another case was a sort of dependency / low performance recovery in written PFL in the end of the school year. I made use of an intensive program of activities targeting a strong Portuguese written skills development and in this case the student received a maximum mark on her final tests ;)
2. Proficiency tests to Applications - I had two outstanding cases: an MD who obtained CELPE approval and joined her new job at work at Santa Casa, a big hospital in SP. The second one was a Brazilian attorney in need to improve his English skills for a new Master's degree on USA.
And last but not least, to me what is very significant particularly are the achievements in workshops for teachers and speakers making use of Scenic Arts techniques. Those technics are powerful tools and amazingly worth both in the preparation of role-play classes to be given by Teachers and much more to improve a speaker professional performance.

Yes, I have different fees for online, in company or at school classes also depending of time and targets to be achieved. Immersions, intensive or extensive courses are designed accordingly to your needs.
If you want a trial it's very okay. I just require a small fee (R$50,00) for transportation. And in case you don't subscribe to the course, please, I'd like to ask you to think about paying the one class, ok? Lots of thanks.
I also would like to request you, to firstly make sure you need, want and are avaiable to join a course. It takes time and work from both of us and unfortunately for nothing if you desist. Thank you again.
