About Natalie
Hello!
My name is Natalie and I am a professional Actor with 25 years experience in the industry and currently working in the industry to this day. I have also been an acting tutor for the past 20 years working for Stagecoach and running acting workshops for children aged 5-18.
I will be able to assist with drama school entry auditions, Drama degree, A - Level and GCSE, LAMDA exams and primary school age drama one-on-one classes for children that encourage confidence and engaging the imagination.
I hold a BA in English Literature also and can offer guidance on any English courses including script, poetry, character and novel analysis up to Degree level.
I'm really passionate about helping students with their general confidence and public speaking and also encouraging the joy to be found in performance and using the body in a creative and expressive way. I encourage this by making my classes a very warm and constructive space where exploration and experimentation is encouraged, whilst all the time grounding this in solid technique.
Experience in Musical Theatre and Shakespeare as well as many different types of theatre throughout the years. I also have many years experience with auditioning for both Theatre and TV and a good knowledge of what casting directors are looking for right now, including those currently very important self-taping skills!
Having performed in many different fields recently including Film, TV, Theatre including The National Theatre and West End I also have some experience in Radio and Motion Capture and am excited to pass on my experience in these areas.
Acting and performance is my lifes passion and this is what I hope will come through in our classes together and help my students achieve the very best results!
