About Mansoor
I am very passionate about teaching math. I was a member of the Math Senior Scholars at my high school, assisting other students with math during lunch every week. My passion for teaching is paired with my superb understanding of the subject. In Grade 12, I attained 98% in both Calculus and Vectors and Advanced Functions. Furthermore, I participated in the University of Waterloo Fermat and Euclid math competitions. Upon graduation, I was awarded the Math Department Award for my diligent and inquisitive approach to math.

My goal is always to make sure students understand the content. I frequently take pauses in between speaking and ask if students have any questions, and then I make sure students are understanding by asking them a question related to the content. I incorporate easy ways that I have created myself to learn hard concepts, such as analogies, visualization, and memory tricks. Above all, I emphasize bonding with students, because I strongly believe that the best teaching can only happen after a bond. I am able to teach any grade, however, I am exceptionally talented at teaching middle and high school math.
