Methodology? I say what comes to my mind. You can't always teach everything from books. Nor through social media. Sometimes it's person to person connections that lights up the fading flames in one's heart. Sure books and social medias are good an all, that is.. except for knowing one's self. It has to be experienced by the individual themself
