About Joan
I’m a Mechatronics Engineer with over 10 years of professional engineering experience, working across a range of demanding industries and technical projects.
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work on space mission projects, as well as projects within the defence, manufacturing, and R&D industries. This experience has given me a strong combination of theoretical engineering knowledge and practical, real-world design and problem-solving skills.
I have extensive experience working with CAD and SolidWorks, including 3D modelling, assemblies, engineering drawings and mechanical design.
I enjoy sharing my knowledge and helping students and professionals develop their engineering, CAD and Spanish language skills. My teaching approach is practical, clear and adapted to your level, whether you're completely new to SolidWorks, need help with a specific engineering project or assignment, or want to improve your Spanish.
I am a native Spanish speaker and fluent in English, and I can offer Spanish lessons for beginners, intermediate and advanced learners. I can help with conversational Spanish, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and practical Spanish for everyday or professional situations.
I am currently based in the UK and offer flexible online engineering, SolidWorks and Spanish lessons.
