About Trigg
Hi, my name is Trigg and I am a first year PhD student currently researching a novel solution to geogrid design.
I was offered a PhD scholarship by the University of Warwick following from my studies in Civil Engineering. In my studies, I was awarded the IStructE (Institution of Structural Engineers) Regional Student Prize for achieving the highest grade in my cohort.
I have tutored maths, physics, and engineering at all levels ranging from Key Stage 2 through to engineering mathematics for second year university students. I have been tutoring for over 5 years now at increasingly high levels, with my students seeing progressions from sub-40% in exams through to over 90% at university level.

I take a flexible approach to tutoring and work with each student on an individual basis to understand their unique learning styles and requirements. I find it important to recognise the strengths and areas for improvement in each student and to work around these. My lessons revolve around the strengthening of understanding of topics by covering their foundations and theory before progressing to worked examples and independent quizzing. This allows you to develop a deep understanding of the subjects, which gives you critical flexibility to tackle any questions you may encounter.
I am confident teaching in line with AQA, OCR, and Edexcel examinations.
