About Raghav
I hold a Master of Engineering in Systems Design and have spent 7 years teaching engineering-related subjects to students with diverse academic interests. My passion for engineering began through an interest in understanding how complex systems are designed, improved, and optimised to solve practical problems. This fascination continues to inspire both my teaching and professional development.
Throughout my career, I have worked with learners preparing for engineering studies, technical assessments, and project-based learning. I believe engineering education should balance theoretical understanding with practical application. By providing clear explanations and supportive guidance, I help students build confidence in their technical abilities.
Outside teaching, I enjoy exploring advances in engineering technology, sustainable design solutions, and innovative manufacturing methods. These interests allow me to bring current industry perspectives into lessons and demonstrate the evolving nature of the field. Supporting students as they develop strong problem-solving skills and engineering confidence remains one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

Engineering is a field where creativity and technical knowledge work together to solve real-world challenges. My lessons focus on helping students understand the principles behind engineering systems while developing strong analytical and design skills. We explore topics such as mechanics, engineering mathematics, design processes, material behaviour, system modelling, and technical problem-solving. I encourage learners to understand not only how systems function but also why certain design choices are made.
Each lesson is customised to match the student’s experience level and academic objectives. Beginners focus on foundational engineering concepts and structured problem-solving techniques, while advanced learners engage with design analysis, project planning, and technical evaluation. Through practical examples, engineering case studies, and guided discussions, students gain a deeper understanding of how theoretical knowledge is applied in professional environments.
My goal is to help learners think like engineers by approaching challenges logically and creatively. Engineering education should build confidence, resilience, and curiosity. By strengthening analytical reasoning and encouraging independent thought, I help students prepare for academic success and future engineering opportunities.
