Hi my name is Aditya Hiremath .I joined uflex Ltd as fresher where I met Meer talim who was officer at metallizer,more than officer he was my mentor, guide and friend.
His teaching methods are great. Very clear and concise. Doesn’t waste our time explaining meaningless background information and always lectures with the intent to help you understand the material. He helped me understand manufacturing process and is one of the best teaching I had from trainers.
More than teaching i really appreciate his never give up attitude and his professional and personal behaviour towards people.he is most humble person I have met in uflex.
