Vikas is very passionate about chess and has a very empowering approach to teaching. He has taught my son methods to practice independently using free resources, which we found using his help. His friendly and encouraging approach has positively impacted my son's self-esteem and discipline.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Vikas for a number of years, having first met him during his time as an executive member of the Warwick Chess Society. He has been instrumental in helping me improve my chess skills, demonstrating patience and a remarkable ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. His deep understanding of the game, coupled with his evident passion for it, make him an exceptional tutor.

I knew Vikas through the Warwick University Chess Club, where he was a really enthusiastic member who was proactive with not just playing chess at a high standard but also providing coaching sessions and puzzles every week to club members. I personally knew many people who got a lot out of these sessions and Vikas was additionally a valuable and organised member of the executive chess team! He is very approachable and hard-working and I have confidence in him as a tutor!
