About Jian Kai
Hello! My name is Jian Kai, and I'm passionate about helping students gain a deep and lasting understanding of technical subjects. With a strong academic foundation from Cornell University, where I’m pursuing both my Master of Engineering in Engineering Management and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Civil Engineering and Operations Research, I bring both depth and clarity to my teaching. I’ve consistently earned top honors—including induction into Tau Beta Pi and recognition as a Merrill Presidential Scholar—and have hands-on experience supporting students as a teaching assistant across multiple engineering courses. I take pride in my ability to explain complex ideas in simple, structured ways. Whether you're struggling with the fundamentals or aiming for top performance, I will meet you where you are, support you with patience, and guide you with proven strategies tailored to your learning style.
