About Romi
I bring over 2 years of teaching experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish with Cultural Anthropology to my tutoring. I focus on Spanish for customer service and hospitality industries. My approach is practical and supportive.
We practise handling guest questions, explaining policies, and managing booking details. Vocabulary is specific and useful.
Role-playing service calls and desk interactions builds confidence. I also use scenario-based exercises to prepare you for challenges.
