I am a passionate researcher with expertise in integrating experimental and computational approaches to understand molecular mechanisms in disease, with a strong focus on translational impact. Currently pursuing a PhD at the Center for Liver Research (CFLR), IPGME&R, I have extensive experience in RNA sequencing, gene regulation studies, biomarker discovery, and functional assays. My work spans hepatocellular carcinoma, telomere biology, non-coding RNA regulation, and ulcerative colitis biomarker identification, combining advanced molecular biology techniques with bioinformatics analyses.
