EXPERIENCE IN UNIVERSITY TEACHING: 5 years. EXPERIENCE IN PRIVATE TEACHING (College, Undergraduate, Master's and Doctoral Students): More than 10 years. RESEARCH EXPERIENCE: Expression and purification of recombinant proteins, Cancer, Stem cells, Hormonal regulation and Cell signaling (especially in Growth Factors). I worked as “young researcher” 2 years ago (MinCiencias). MOLECULAR TECHNIQUES: Proteins, Nucleic Acids, Microbiology, Mammalian cell culture: Western blot, ELISA, protein purification, structural analysis, RT-qPCR, gene silencing (ShRNA), electrophoresis, DNA and RNA isolation and analysis, expression and purification of recombinant proteins, among others. Promotion of student participation in order to put the knowledge they have acquired to the test.
