About Caroline
My name is Caroline Bassey Emmanuel. I’m an early year tutor (2-5yrs). I’m a graduate of Cross River State University and i Studied Elementary Education. Over the years, I have gained diverse work experiences in various fields. Initially, i worked at The Chrysalis Early Childhood schools for 2yrs where I had the opportunity to teach the kids the prime areas in the EYFS Goals which are: physical development, communication and language, personal, social and emotional Development, literacy, maths and understanding the world, while also focusing on their strength and weaknesses.
I love teaching because seeing a child’s eye light up after grasping a piece of knowledge is priceless and I’m always in awe of their sense of wonder, curiosity, love to learning and their smallest discoveries brings so much joy.

1. Use energetic and creative teaching methods to ensure pupils remain engaged, using a wide variety of teaching resources such as flash cards and interactive whiteboard.
2. Observe pupils to evaluate their abilities, strengths and weaknesses.
3. Apply the Howard gardners theory of intelligence by diversifying activities, using visual and manipulative resources, integrating music and movement, exposing pupil to nature and so on.
