About Harmelie
Originally from the high-octane energy of Hong Kong, I relocated to the UK in 2024, bringing a lifelong dedication to movement. I am BASI-trained, my expertise is rooted in classical ballet, which instilled in me the elegance and discipline I bring to every session.
I specialise in graceful ageing, flexibility, and mobility, but my passion is deeply personal. Having navigated post-natal recovery and now moving through menopause, I know firsthand how Pilates transforms the body during these pivotal stages. I advocate for "Mum’s me-time"—a space to reclaim your strength and find balance.
Now based in Chester, I combine my background in sports massage and Pilates to offer a professional, high-energy approach. I believe true wellness is a harmony of eating well and moving well, and I am here to help you feel vibrant, inside and out.
