About Jennifer
Hello! I have 25+ years of teaching and coaching experience that can help you to achieve your academic or career goals.
As a graduate student, I led classes at Princeton, Drew and the University of Virginia. I also privately tutored student-athletes while at UVA.
In 2001, I opened my first education company, The Engaged Mind LLC. I specialized in helping professionals to develop the mental skills and daily habits needed to enhance performance. I also showed a lot of students how to become much better test-takers.
In 2013, I opened the Coaching Excellence Institute where I continue to teach science-backed strategies that help individuals to strengthen their focus, resilience and willpower. I also help clients to eliminate their fears around failure, rejection and public speaking, when necessary.
