About Adam
My name is Adam and I am a nationally ranked UK Immigration lawyer who has spent over 15 years practising UK immigration and asylum, EU as well as human rights law in the UK in leading UK firms. I have worked on an array of cases during my career for a range of clients which has included individuals, companies, charities and other organisations. Cases have allowed me to deal with cases involving those who are homeless and seeking asylum, to those with multimillions of assets and those whose political or other standing has meant they divide their time between different countries.
I have trained lawyers in UK immigration courses which I have developed myself alongside colleagues who have presented and taught alongside me. I have done this for several years, including courses which help with understanding changes to law or altogether new law.
I am a friendly down to earth individual strongly invested in people and progress (the reason why I have spent so many years in my practice area). I am committed to helping others achieve their goals not only through black and white of law but also in helping grow their confidence. I also understand the important of tailored adaptive approaches to different circumstances.
I am passionate about access to the legal profession for all and strongly support the diversity and inclusion agenda, having worked in a committee for an international law firm which sought to improve access and provide support in order to promote these values.
I hope that I can pull my experience and friendly persona together to help individuals who need a helping hand or more wholesale assistance and programme of teaching through use of existing materials.

Advanced (postgraduate) tutor in UK Immigration and Asylum Law
Tuition style is informal but adaptable to needs of individual, conducted preferably in person through discussion of legal principles and relevant authorities, and applying knowledge through application of law to fact through scenario based exercises, using available materials.
Location is flexible: this can take place virtually or preferably at home of student or my own home, or local public study space.
£45 per session lasting 1.5 hours.
Friendly and approachable individuals with a reassuring but firmly committed approach to achieving improvement and increased confidence. Holds a valid and current DBS backed practising certificate.
