About Hongbreathnheal
To be completely honest with you, I didn’t become a coach because I had it all figured out. I became a coach because I was completely stuck.
For years, I was trapped in my own head, carrying a heavy, silent voice that constantly whispered: "You are not good enough. You don't matter." I constantly pushed myself to the limit to prove my worth, ignoring the overwhelming stress. I told myself I was fine, but my body was telling a different story—my shoulders were like stones, my chest felt tight, and my mind wouldn't shut down at night.
My biggest breakthrough happened when I stopped trying to "think" my way out of it and just started breathing. Through deep, emotional Breathwork, the wall broke. I wept, and I finally released the years of trapped unimportance and hidden grief that I thought I had already passed.
I learned a beautiful truth: When you change how you breathe, you change how you feel about yourself.
That is why I created this safe space. If you are around the PJ (Petaling Jaya) area, we can easily arrange an in-person, hands-on immersive session together. If you prefer the comfort of your own home, I will fully guide and support you through our online cloud sessions.
I am not here to lecture you. I am here as someone who has walked through that exact darkness, ready to help you exhale that heavy armor and remember that you do matter.

• My Techniques & Teaching Methodology
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all relaxation or heavy psychological lectures. My methodology combines the trauma-releasing science of Biodynamic Breathwork (BBTRS). I guide students through conscious connected breathing techniques that scientifically lower cortisol, bypass mental armor, and tap directly into the nervous system. By releasing physical tightness from the muscles, my students learn how to flush out unexpressed, trapped emotions and chronic stress safely and effectively.
• Typical Length of a Lesson
A standard deep-dive transformation session is 90 minutes. This allows ample time for somatic check-ins, a fully-guided deep breathing journey, and a gentle grounding wrap-up—ensuring you leave feeling physically lighter and mentally spacious.
• My Qualifications / Experience as a Tutor
10 Years of front-line experience in Somatic & Emotional Coaching.
100+ Hours Trained in Biodynamic Breathwork Trauma Release System.
35-Hour Accredited Breath Training (Certified by AFA, ASM, and Yoga Alliance).
Certified Sound Healer & HRDC Professional Trainer (Malaysia).
• Who Are My Lessons For?
My sessions are structured for anyone aged 8 and above.
Children/Teens (Ages 8-18): Helps with school anxiety, emotional regulation, and deep rest.
Adults & Professionals (Ages 18+): Perfect for urban professionals dealing with burnout, muscle tightness, high-stress environments, and persistent bedtime anxiety or insomnia. No prior experience is required.
