About Kamila
I love working with students, and I have tutored on and off since I was 15 -- for over 15 years! I take pride in helping students be successful and in facilitating learning in a way that's enjoyable, as the lessons you have fun with are usually the ones that stick with you.
English classes were always my favorite which is why I chose to study literature; regardless, I believe in the power of quality reading and writing to enhance your life at all ages. My personal specialty was in 20th century American literature, and especially literature that touched on the immigrant experience. I also had a strong focus in Creative Writing and Sociology.
I'm a proud Emory alum and am still involved on my college campus so I can continue to give back to young people in my community.
