About Kira
With over 33 years of teaching experience and more than 12,740 students successfully guided, I have helped violinists achieve exceptional progress in both technical and artistic development. My experience includes beginners, competition participants, advanced performers, and aspiring professionals.
Many former students have performed in orchestras, recitals, music festivals, chamber ensembles, and advanced music programs. Several have continued into professional performance careers and higher-level music education. Their accomplishments reflect the effectiveness of structured learning and dedicated mentorship.
My mission is to help learners develop technical mastery, artistic confidence, and a lifelong appreciation for the violin while achieving their individual musical ambitions.

My violin lessons are structured to help learners build technical precision while developing confidence and expressive performance abilities. Training includes posture alignment, bow control, intonation accuracy, rhythm mastery, scales, sight reading, ear training, repertoire studies, ensemble skills, and performance preparation.
Students participate in technical development exercises, interpretation workshops, listening activities, performance simulations, ensemble preparation, and guided practice routines. Lessons focus on building consistency while encouraging musical creativity and artistic growth.
Advanced learners explore solo repertoire mastery, advanced bowing techniques, orchestral performance, chamber music collaboration, audition preparation, artistic communication, and professional musicianship. This methodology helps learners become versatile and accomplished violinists.
